Dr. Pankaj Jha is the visionary founder of SelexIQ Education Support Services. Over the past 28 years, he has dedicated his career to nurturing advanced mathematical thinking and competition excellence, having personally taught and mentored more than 20,000 students across the UAE and beyond.
A passionate educator and mathematician, Dr. Jha established SelexIQ on the belief that with the right structured preparation and specialist guidance, every ambitious student can achieve elite competition success. His methodology blends deep conceptual rigour with proven competition strategy — building not just problem solvers, but confident, resilient thinkers.
Under his leadership, SelexIQ has grown into Dubai's premier competition preparation academy, guiding students from Year 8 to Year 13 through Mathematics Olympiads, AMC, UKMT, IMO, STEP, EUCLID, Science Competitions, Robotics, and the Digital SAT, ACT, and AP examinations.
